Trust is the key element in any successful advisor/client relationship. "That is why it is of utmost importance that I earn my clients' trust," says Chris when asked to describe his professional approach as he works with individuals and organizations to pursue their financial goals. Chris maintains that communication is vital when working with his clients. Educating, listening, and addressing concerns are keys to building a long-term relationship.

Prior to joining Baird in 2001, Chris worked for nearly 12 years in various positions in the accounting field; including an Internal Auditor, Financial Analyst, and Accounting Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his BBA in Accounting. Chris has previously been a board member of the Racine YMCA, Junior Achievement of Racine, The United Way of Racine, and All Saints Hospital Foundation. Chris is an avid tennis player and he and his wife, Krista, have lived in the Racine community for over 25 years.
